Our Story:
Johnson Consulting Services, LLC was founded in 2013 with a clear vision: to provide travel notary services and results-driven consulting that empowers individuals to reach their full potential and support their unique needs. What started with one or two clients has grown into a trusted resource for the community.
Our Impact:
Over the past 12 years, we have had the privilege of working with local businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders to create lasting change. Some of our proudest contributions include:

ABOUT ME
Tiffani Nichole Johnson is a lifelong resident of Washington, DC. She has resided in the same house she now owns, since the day she was born, July 2, 1980, with her daughter Angel and cousin Sean; both lifelong Washingtonians as well as her two cats, Rascal and Tinkerbell.
She is a graduate of St. John’s College High School (’98) in Washington, DC, and Virginia Wesleyan College (’02) in Virginia Beach, VA, where she majored in political science and sociology. She finished her studies at the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law (’05). After clerking for Senior DC Super Court Judge Nan Shuker, she worked for six (6) years at Disability Rights DC at University Legal Services, as a disability rights advocate.
In March 2013, after obtaining her notary license Ms. Johnson opened Johnson Consulting Services (JCS) as a sole proprietorship, to provide traveling and virtual notary services to the residents of Washington, DC. In June 2023, JCS was registered as a limited liability company, now known as Johnson Consulting Services, LLC (JCS, LLC).
JCS, LLC continues to offer the same level of quality services and is expanding into PG and Montgomery Counties as well as Northern Virginia.

Advocacy for low-income residents and the disability community that does not involve a DC Government agency.

Notary Services
$5.00 per Notary Seal

DC: $15.00 travel fee/hour
MD/VA: $30.00-$50.00 travel fee/hour
Matrimony Services
Ordained as a minister to perform marriages, baptisms, and funerals.

Referrals
Referrals to non-profits, protection and advocacy agencies and law firms.

Service of process of court documents

Signing Agent
Notarization during closing ceremonies for Real Estate loan transactions.

$200/hour -- includes printing, delivering, witnessing, notarizing, and returning loan documents.
